The probabilities come from checking all 1,000 codes. Every exact initial code is equally likely; some patterns describe fewer codes than others. Cultural tags add context without changing odds or points. The rules stay fixed for a started Daily. And when a peek makes a prediction certain, the game calls it 100%.
